Insurance Follow Up Representative will be responsible for follow up with Insurance companies on unpaid claims as assigned in Work Q’s. Representative will make an attempt to call and check status of accounts to see if they paid or denied and request copy of remit or explanation of benefits. The outcome of the call will be notated and processed according to the status obtained and CHL policy.
