Respond to patient, physician, and client inquiries. Be a patient advocate by providing information and education on health insurance benefits, insurance billing and the reimbursement process to client’s customers. Troubleshoot issues and manage resolution of issues to completion. This position is Monday-Friday 10am-7pm.
Answer incoming telephone and email inquires
Review Account Detail History to determine next steps needed in resolution of Accession
Call Insurance Carriers and or Physician’s offices to obtain information for resolution if needed.
Pre-Qualify patients for any financial assistance or payment arrangements and or prompt pay discounts
Comply with all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Respond to assigned work list tasks in a timely manner
